Patient Services Representative

Patient Services Representative (PSR) Balance Health is a leading lower‑extremity focused physician practice providing operational support to podiatrists, orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists. The PSR greets and checks in patients, schedules appointments, follows through with the checkout process and assists with other office duties as needed. Responsibilities Greet patients on arrival Check in patients and address individual concerns as they arise Collect insurance information, co‑pay, deductible and open balances Perform other tasks as assigned Schedule Monday through Friday.
