You’ll be supporting ADP’s newest innovative product, Roll by ADP. Roll is a mobile app payroll solution for small businesses.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide chat based support to Roll clientsResolve routine customer concerns and requestsAnswer customer questions about how to use the Roll productAdapt quickly to change, including handling new processes and responsibilitiesLearn and navigate ADP systems in order to respond to issuesQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:At least 2 years of previous experienceHigh School diplomaJob RequirementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experienceStrong client relationship and interpersonal skillsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints using pre-defined solutionsDemonstrated ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situationsOrganizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely mannerAbility to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisionsJob DetailsJob Type: Full-TimeSalaried: Hourly
