This role supports a centralized sourcing team, an agile recruiting workforce designed to scale ahead of peak hiring periods. Recruiters will be deployed dynamically across multiple business groups within Stores and Operations, enabling rapid response to shifting hiring demand.

Role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA and is a great foot in the door with one of the largest tech companies based in Seattle.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-funnel sourcing support for high-volume hiring

• Source and engage passive candidates across a range of roles and job families

• Quickly interpret role profiles and begin delivering qualified talent

• Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens

• Prepare candidates for assessments and next-step interviews

• Maintain activity, pipeline, and delivery reporting

• Partner closely with recruiting peers and centralized leadership

• Pivot quickly between requisitions and business needs as priorities change

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
