Here’s what YOU get to do:

* Lead, support, and motivate a small team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals

* Welcome and advise customers, ensuring a memorable experience in line with Iris Galerie’s values

* Oversee the gallery’s daily operations and ensure procedures are followed

* Drive sales performance through proactive leadership and on-the-floor coaching

* Ensure visual presentation and cleanliness of the gallery meet brand standards

* Participate in training new team members and supporting onboarding when needed

*Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage based on gallery needs

* Report key feedback and performance metrics to the Store/Assistant Manager

Our Ideal Candidate:

* Experience in team supervision or leadership in a retail or service environment

* Positive and motivating leadership style

* Schedule flexibility (weekends and evenings may be required)

* Strong communication skills and professional presentation

* Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

* Multilingual (2–3 languages spoken) is a strong asset

* Comfortable with digital tools (Adobe knowledge is a plus)

* Interest in art, photography, or customer experience-focused environments

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19 per hour
