Client Operations Representative

To ensure the quality and efficiency of client workflows, the full-time Client Operations Representative will manage accounts receivable, oversee daily planning, and resolve client issues while working remotely. Key responsibilities Proactively manage aging accounts and ensure timely follow-ups using account status tools Monitor client collections, identify discrepancies, and communicate with management and IT for resolution Deliver client-specific reports and maintain accurate Wiki documentation for assigned clients Required qualifications GED/High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving 3+ years of clerical experience with strong organizational skills 2+ years of experience in a healthcare-related environment Proficiency in Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office products
