We're seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Support Representatives . In this role, you'll meet with clients virtually, answer questions, explain benefit options, and provide exceptional service while building lasting relationships.

No previous insurance experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom.

• Provide outstanding customer service and client support.

• Explain available life and supplemental health benefit options.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process.

• Maintain accurate client information and follow-up documentation.

• Participate in ongoing coaching and leadership development.

• Build long-term relationships through exceptional service.

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
