Event Manager

Description Summary: White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars and restaurants in some of the country’s best cities to live. Responsibilities: What You'll Do The Event Manager will act as a liaison between sales person and customer throughout the event process to ensure success of meetings and events. Maximize revenue opportunities with upsell enhancements. Ensure events run smoothly by communicating and coordinating with sales and various operations departments for execution of details. Conduct monthly forecasting of estimated food/beverage revenue and ensure billing accuracy.
