Litigation Paralegal

Paralegal PositionBusy personal injury law firm looking to hire a full time experienced, detail-oriented paralegal. Candidate must be capable of handling all stages of negligence cases from intake to trial.Responsibilities and DutiesMaintain client communication and update client databaseCoordinate investigations in-house and with private investigatorsGather, review, and digest client medical recordsCommunicate with insurance companies and defense counselMaintain attorney calendar, schedule appointments, and depositionsPrepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions along with exhibits thereto for service and filing.Qualifications and SkillsMinimum of 3 years experienceMust be self-motivated and able to work independentlyMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have effective time management, organizational and problem-solving skillsSpanish Speaking a plusSalary commensurate with experience.
