Personal Injury ParalegalCompany: Boutique law firmLocation: Mineola, NYSalary: Commensurate with experience + benefitsStatus: Full-Time and Permanent Employment – On-siteKey Responsibilities:Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case status and answer inquiries.Assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution.Organize and maintain case files, documents, and correspondence in electronic formats.Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the case.Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, trial subpoenas/authorizations, etc.Assist in gathering and analyzing evidence, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements.Coordinate with investigators and experts to obtain supporting documentation and expert opinions.Candidate must be detail oriented and able to handle cases from inception to trial. Experience must include knowledge of no-fault, property damage, and all phases of litigation. Heavy client contact.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $65,000.00 - $80,000.00
