Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury

Location: Floral Park, NY
Salary: Commensurate with experience + benefits
Status: Full-Time and Permanent Employment – On-site FT
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client intake and maintain ongoing communication
- Manage No-Fault claims, including disability, lost wages, and property damage
- Track medical treatment, request and review medical records
- Investigate and evaluate case facts to support litigation strategy
- Maintain heavy contact with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
- Assist attorneys in case preparation, discovery, and settlement negotiations
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Organize case files and ensure deadlines are met
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury law
- Strong understanding of No-Fault and insurance procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $85,000.00
