Litigation Paralegal - Personal InjuryCompany: Personal injury law firmLocation: Floral Park, NYSalary: Commensurate with experience + benefitsStatus: Full-Time and Permanent Employment – On-site FTKey ResponsibilitiesConduct client intake and maintain ongoing communicationManage No-Fault claims, including disability, lost wages, and property damageTrack medical treatment, request and review medical recordsInvestigate and evaluate case facts to support litigation strategyMaintain heavy contact with clients, insurance companies, and medical providersAssist attorneys in case preparation, discovery, and settlement negotiationsDraft legal documents and correspondenceOrganize case files and ensure deadlines are metIdeal Candidate Profile2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury lawStrong understanding of No-Fault and insurance proceduresExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft OfficeCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $85,000.00
