• Join a team of 1 part-time pediatrician and an experienced NP with seasoned office staff
• Primarily outpatient focus with a light inpatient census
• Call: 10 days or fewer per month, supported by 2 hospitalists and 3rd-year residents
• No newborn or delivery duty; neonatologists handle rounding and delivery coverage
• 40-hour workweek with most providers taking a half day off weekly
• Teaching opportunities with medical students and Family Medicine residents
