Job Description New Business Development Ownnet newclient acquisition across target enterprise and mid-market accounts Proactively build and manage a robust outbound pipeline through prospecting, networking, events, and strategic outreach Identify, engage, and close new logo opportunities aligned to NAS solutions Sales Execution Manage full sales cycle from prospecting → qualification → solutioning → close Navigate long, complex sales cycles (3–9+ months) involving multiple stakeholders Lead discovery, present tailored solutions, and position NAS offerings to align with client business outcomes Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategies Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases Market & Internal Collaboration Provide insight on market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, delivery) to ensure strong solution alignment Represent NAS through industry events, webinars, and thought leadership activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required 7-10+ years of experience in consultative, solution-based sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business quotas Demonstrated success in long, complex sales cycles (3–9+ months) Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, or related buyers Benefits Health and Dental Life, Accident and Disability Insurance Prescription Plan Flexible Spending Account 401k Plan and Match Paid Holidays and Vacation Sick Days and Personal Day *M3 reserves the right to change this job description to meet the business needs of the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
