ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 after serving as a military officer and spending 20 years with Pfizer, bringing a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and teamwork into agency ownership. I attended Hampton University and am married with an adult son. Giving back is important to me, and I stay active through Kappa Alpha Psi and involvement within the local community. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Devon Mack - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
