Accounts Receivable Temp

Schedule: Temporary, Part-Time (20–25 hours per week) We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (A/R) Temp to support our finance team on a temporary, part-time basis. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who can work independently, maintain accuracy in financial records, and effectively manage accounts receivable processes. Key Responsibilities Process and manage accounts receivable transactions Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on payments Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed Required Qualifications QuickBooks experience is required Prior Accounts Receivable experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience with NetSuite is a plus, but not required We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
