Global HR Onboarding & Operations Specialist

Spire is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join the Global HR team in Washington, DC. You will own global onboarding and day-to-day HR administration, partnering with employees and managers to deliver a consistent experience across regions. You will maintain accurate HR records, support lifecycle events, and coordinate with Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, and other stakeholders. This hybrid role requires 2–5 years of HR experience and knowledge of U.S. employment law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
