Commercial Insurance Account Executive

Seeking experienced and driven Commercial Insurance Account Executives to join a rapidly growing Programs Division. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, including car dealerships, golf courses, pest control services, and equipment rental businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling middle-market to large accounts and a proven track record in the insurance industry. Compensation Package Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience) Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage and service a portfolio of accounts ranging from $100,000 to $1,000,000 in size. Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with team members to divide and manage the book of business based on experience. Utilize Sagitta software for account management and documentation. Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required. Experience: Minimum of 7+ years handling middle-market to large accounts, preferably with medium to larger-sized brokerage firms. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sagitta software is preferred.
