Customer Service & PO Coordination Specialist

Smalley, a global manufacturer of precision metal formed products, is hiring a Customer Service Support Team Member in Lake Zurich, IL. The CSS will handle purchase orders via email, portals, EDI, fax, and mail, ensuring smooth flow and timely processing by CSRs. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong organizational skills, and US work authorization. Base salary ranges from $42,000 to $45,000 with bonus eligibility; Smalley offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and #J-18808-Ljbffr Smalley-Steel-Rin
