Situated in a charming rural setting, our nursery provides children with a variety of learning opportunities that allow them to explore their interests and develop their unique talents. We have 3 rooms: baby room (0-2 years), toddler room (2-3 years), and preschool room (3-5 years). Our location is just south of Northampton, off the A428, next to St Mary The Virgin church. The nursery is within a short drive of other local villages and is served by a village hopper bus route to surrounding villages and Northampton Bus Station. Parking is available outside the nursery. What Your Role Involves As a valued member of our team, you’ll: Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents. Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care. Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
