Case Manager

Nile Health is seeking a Case Manager for our Developmental Home Department to oversee the implementation of a program that provides foster care services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. The responsibilities of a Case Manager include, but are not limited to, coordinating and participating in recruitment events to attract new foster families and developmental home providers to support children and adults with developmental disabilities. Case Managers are responsible for managing the initial and renewal licensing processes for developmental home providers and facilitating the placement of individuals into licensed homes. Additionally, they oversee a caseload of 20 foster families, ensuring the quality of care provided to children and adults within the program aligns with established standards and best practices. Requirements Must be 21 years or older. Valid Driver's License. Have one or more of the following: a. A bachelor’s degree in a related human services field, or b. Two years of post‑secondary education in a related human services field and two years of directly related work experience, or c. A minimum of five years of directly related work experience. Directly related work experience includes work in the field of developmental disabilities, family home licensing, or child welfare. Must be able to obtain a non‑restricted Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Must maintain current training and certifications in First Aid, CPR, Article 9 and Prevention and Support. Must be a team player and able to complete job requirements with minimal supervision.
