Acute Care / Family Nurse Practitioner F - NP / Physicians Assistant PA

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in a beautiful coastal community in California. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to individuals and families of all ages, focusing on preventive care, health promotion, and effective disease management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments.
• Prescribe and administer treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and specialized care to manage or prevent illness and injury.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; analyze results for accurate diagnosis.
• Perform procedures such as suturing and splinting.
• Discuss procedures, test results, and treatment plans with patients.
• Supervise and direct professional and ancillary staff in patient care.
• Document patient findings, treatment plans, and follow-up notes in the electronic medical record.
• Stay updated on current medical practices and advancements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.

Education & Certifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• California State licensure.
• Current DEA licensure.
• BLS Certification.

Experience:

• 3 years of experience preferred; new graduates are also welcome to apply.
