Field-Based RN Case Manager: Wound Care & Infusions

Adaptive Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to deliver skilled home health care in the field across Texas. You will own patient assessments, document visits including OASIS, manage wound care and infusion therapy, and coordinate care with physicians and families.
