Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active California LVN license required
• Comfortable supporting students with catheter needs
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is a plus
• Flexibility to assist on field trips and float as needed within an LVN pool
• Reliability for scheduled summer dates (June 15, 2026 – July 8, 2026; observe no work on Juneteenth & July 3rd)
• Female candidates are preferred due to specific support requirements

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on nursing care and attend to student medical needs throughout the school day
• Provide support and supervision for students, especially during outings or field trips
• Work closely with school staff, collaborating on student well-being and health plans
• Serve in a flexible role, stepping in to assist if other LVNs are absent or if urgent needs arise
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while directly contributing to the health and safety of the student population

This is a full-time, onsite role, Monday through Friday, 7:45AM – 4:15PM, with a midday break. You’ll know your schedule in advance and experience meaningful interactions that truly make a difference during the summer school session.
