Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $130,000 to $180,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and project evaluation
- Collaborate with leadership to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts
- Analyze potential investments and acquisition opportunities to support corporate growth
- Contribute to investor communications and assist in preparing materials for capital market initiatives
- Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports, including cash flow projections, debt schedules, and resource allocation summaries
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A roles
- Strong command of financial modeling and a solid understanding of corporate accounting principles
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial software or data visualization tools is a plus
- Ability to present complex financial data clearly and with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative and proactive mindset
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage three-statement financial models
- Advanced analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to solving business challenges
- Excellent communication skills for working across teams and with senior stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
