Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs and strengths of children in an early intervention setting.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that strategies are personalized for each child.

• Monitor and report on the progress of children and families, adjusting interventions as necessary for optimum outcomes.

• Provide emotional and psychological support to families, helping them navigate challenges and foster a supportive home environment.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations, maintaining a high standard of ethical practice.

• Engage with children and families, building trusting relationships to facilitate effective interventions.

• Utilize software and tools for data tracking, documentation, and progress monitoring to maintain consistent communication across team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets infants and toddlers with various developmental delays. The LCSW will work closely with children experiencing challenges in their physical, cognitive, communication, and social/emotional development. By collaborating with families and educational staff, the LCSW plays a pivotal role in promoting developmental milestones during these crucial early years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
