This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work arrangement that helps balance professional and personal commitments. While standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, candidates should be prepared for occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis. Working in a remote setting allows for strategic use of technology to facilitate therapy sessions and maintain close communication with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to aid clients in managing their conditions.

• Monitor, document, and evaluate client progress consistently throughout treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary to improve outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
