Hands-on troubleshooting of Windows and Apple devices. Experience with Microsoft Intune administration and device management. Endpoint management expertise. Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Strong networking and hardware troubleshooting skills. Desktop engineering experience including device configuration and policy management. Experience managing physical endpoint devices throughout their lifecycle. Ability to analyze hardware performance, patching, optimization, and battery life.Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience conducting hardware cost-comparison analyses (Dell and other manufacturers).
