Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting your approach to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coherent care for your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical counseling services, with a preference for candidates who have worked in outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually based on your caseload and experience.
