Vendor Management Specialist

Description Reliable Security Staffing LLC is seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in vendor coordination within the security and investigations industry. As a Vendor Management Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our network of security vendors and ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently and reliably. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain strong working relationships, track vendor performance, and help keep our operations running smoothly across every assignment. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $38 - $45 USD, with the flexibility of remote work and the chance to grow within a supportive and fast-moving organization. Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with security vendors and contractors Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and communications Track vendor performance, compliance, and availability across active assignments Coordinate with internal teams to match vendor resources with client staffing needs Maintain accurate vendor records, contracts, and documentation in company systems Assist in negotiating rates and terms with vendors under company guidelines Monitor vendor adherence to licensing, insurance, and regulatory requirements Prepare regular reports on vendor activity, costs, and performance metricsResolve vendor-related issues and elevate concerns to management as needed Support the recruitment and vetting process for new vendor partners Collaborate with scheduling and operations teams to ensure timely coverage Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in vendor management Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 0-2 years of experience in vendor management, staffing, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and vendor management or CRM software Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and colleagues Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation Basic understanding of contracts, pricing, and vendor agreements Ability to work independently in a remote environment Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities Familiarity with the security or investigations industry is a plus Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced staffing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Reliable Security Staffing LLC
