Strategic Talent Acquisition Sourcer
We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify and engage top engineering talent supporting advanced, high-tech facilities. This role will focus initially on Electrical Engineers, with expansion into other specialized engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate excels at sourcing passive talent, conducting market research, and building strong pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles.
Pay: $36.06- $45.67 per hour DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain pipelines for specialized engineering and technical roles
- Source and engage passive candidates using advanced search techniques
- Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitive analysis
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine candidate profiles
- Provide insights on talent trends, compensation, and market availability
- Track sourcing activity using ATS/CRM tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Avature)
- Support long-term workforce planning and hiring strategies
Minimum Requirements (Must-Have):
- 4–8 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in technical environments
- Experience sourcing engineering or hard-to-fill technical roles
- Strong research, sourcing, and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in A/E, EPC, industrial, or high-tech environments
- Familiarity with semiconductor or advanced facility design
- Experience with talent mapping and market intelligence strategies
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems
