Field Specialist (Eastern NJ & PA) - JJMT Vision

Field Specialist position based in Eastern New Jersey and Pennsylvania, responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing medical device equipment at customer facilities. The role supports the sales team and external stakeholders with technical field service for MedTech Vision products.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair medical device equipment at external customer facilities to factory specifications
- Generate status updates and documented service reports for stakeholders and internal teams
- Analyze service data to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Maintain and manage trunk inventory, calibrated test equipment, and electronic devices
- Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate knowledge and skills transfer
Requirements
- Associate's degree or technical certification in Electronics, Bio-Medical, Optical, or Mechanical
- Minimum 2 years of related field service or technical experience
- Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs and perform sustained physical activities including standing, kneeling, reaching
- Proficiency with hand tools and electronic test equipment
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate and maintain corporate vehicle
- Flexibility to accommodate modified work schedules
Compensation: $57,500.00 - $92,575.00 base
