Growth Marketer

To support a growing AI-first customer service product suite, the full-time remote Growth Marketer will manage the self-serve funnel, drive website conversion performance, and plan paid campaigns while utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing efforts. Key responsibilities Move the self-serve funnel through signups activation and paid conversion, focusing on trials, pipeline, and CAC Drive product-related website sections by collaborating with UI Designers and Web Engineers to optimize page structure and UX flow Plan and execute paid campaigns across various platforms to achieve trial and pipeline goals Required qualifications 5+ years of growth marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or product-led company with direct revenue ownership Proven expertise in paid acquisition, including hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Experience in building and optimizing product pages and UX flows for conversion Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio; knowledge of marketing automation platforms is a plus Professional-level English writing skills for producing customer-facing copy
