The opportunity is for you to join at this inflection point, in a role that’s bigger and different than usual. What you’ll do This is a generalist go-to-market role. Your mission is to grow the funnel in support of the business and Oso’s overall goal to reach every developer on the face of the earth. You’ll work closely with the cofounder/CEO, who has stupid high standards and expectations. The payoff will be the most autonomy and growth you’ve experienced in your career. The specifics of what you do will vary, but here are some examples: Who you are You’re a Swiss army knife. You are not just a performance marketer, or a product marketer, or a campaigns specialist. You can do a little bit of everything, and you actually enjoy it. You’re technically curious. Oso is a deeply technical product, and our customers are developers. You don’t need to be a developer, but you must want to learn about our customers’ needs, our domain, and how Oso works. You’re ambitious. You want to win big. You can’t stand to be around anything but execution at the highest level. You have an inner motor to move fast. You’re an owner. You are accountable to results over the process. You see yourself not just as a growth marketer, but also as an owner of the company. You’re resilient. Building a startup is not for the faint of heart. You prioritize the customer above all else. You want to understand our users’ world and prioritize solving their authorization problems above everything else. Requirements You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or management consulting using your analytical skills to drive revenue for a high‑growth business You’re a good writer.
