Key Responsibilities Engage with qualified leads to promote and sell vacation packages and resort stays. Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and recommend tailored travel solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, destinations, and company offerings. Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (hospitality, travel, automotive, retail, or commission‑based sales is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
