Marketing Representative nGAGE Talent - Orlando, Florida, United States Overview We are looking for a creative and commercially-aware Marketing Representative to join our growing team at nGAGE Talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated marketing professional who wants to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, people-focused organisation. In this role, you will play a central part in supporting and executing marketing initiatives that elevate the nGAGE Talent brand, drive candidate and client engagement, and contribute to business growth across our specialist recruitment divisions. Key Responsibilities Brand & Content Marketing: Create compelling content across digital channels including LinkedIn, email, and the nGAGE website Develop branded marketing materials, case studies, and employer value proposition (EVP) collateral Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all communications Campaign Execution & Coordination: Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives Manage social media scheduling, content calendars, and post performance tracking Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns and monitor engagement metrics Candidate & Client Attraction: Support talent attraction initiatives to enhance candidate pipeline quality and volume Create targeted content to support Business Development and client engagement efforts Collaborate with recruitment teams to promote job opportunities and build audience communities Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on the performance of marketing activities across key channels Use data insights to optimise content strategy and campaign effectiveness Maintain dashboards and regularly present marketing performance to internal stakeholders Events & Partnerships: Support the coordination of internal and external events, awards, and sponsorships Assist with the development of partnerships and co-marketing opportunities Represent nGAGE Talent at industry events and networking forums as required Collaboration & Innovation: Work cross-functionally with recruitment, sales, and HR teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table and contribute to the evolution of our marketing strategy Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing tools What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a recruitment, professional services, or B2B environment Strong written communication and content creation skills Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), email marketing tools, and basic analytics Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Collaborative team player who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus What We Offer Opportunity to work within a globally recognised talent solutions group with a strong brand presence A collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages creativity and innovation Ongoing professional development, training, and career progression opportunities Exposure to cross-functional teams and senior leadership across the business A culture that values wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement Career Pathway This role offers progression into: Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager Brand & Communications Lead Digital Marketing Specialist or Head of Marketing Why Join Us?
