Senior M&A Tax Consultant for Private Equity Deals

Baker Tilly is growing its M&A Tax practice based in our new headquarters in New York City, where you will join a dedicated team focused on private equity and middle-market transactions. Our M&A Tax professionals advise sponsors and portfolio companies on buy-side and sell-side engagements, including tax due diligence and transaction structuring. As an M&A Tax Senior, you will work with seasoned professionals on live deals, gaining hands-on training in tax diligence, modeling, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Baker Tilly Advisory Group
