Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Infinity Behavioral Health Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that focus on both immediate concerns and long-term behavioral change.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of issues, including but not limited to:\n

  • Family conflicts

  • Divorce adjustment

• Developing personalized treatment plans that effectively meet the needs of each client or family.

• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss client cases and treatment approaches, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, which includes adults, children, and adolescents. Your focus will be on creating a supportive and empathetic environment that fosters open communication among family members. By employing family systems therapy techniques, you will help address conflicts and build stronger interpersonal relationships within the family unit.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.
