What You’ll Do Lead financial data management for the monthly close, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Oversee and audit fixed asset records for compliance and accuracy. Prepare documentation for external audits and support year-end closing activities. Consolidate and interpret accounting inputs from multiple departments to produce reports for executive and regulatory use. Prepare and process purchase orders and change notices in line with company policies. Review vendor contracts and analyze market/delivery conditions for material availability. Ensure compliance across purchasing and financial transactions. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience. Hands-on experience with financial statement preparation and monthly close processes. 2–5 years of experience supporting audits (internal or external).
