Travel/Local Dietary Manager leads dietary operations in a hospital setting for a 13-week assignment in Lewistown, Montana. The role focuses on ensuring optimal patient nutrition, managing staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance while providing flexible, high-pay travel opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional dietary management and supervision in a hospital setting to ensure optimal patient nutrition care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized nutrition plans.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies related to food safety and nutrition services.
• Document and report on dietary operations, patient outcomes, and departmental performance.
• Execute staff scheduling, training, and supervision to foster a cohesive and efficient dietary team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Dietary Certification required.
• Current Registered Dietitian (RD) or Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) license preferred.
• Minimum 2 years managerial or supervisory experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with hospital dietary protocols.
• Physical ability to manage a busy work environment.
