Key Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on setting and achieving personalized treatment goals grounded in evidence-based practices. Develop, implement, and review comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and mental health concerns. Utilize a prevention-oriented approach in therapy, equipping clients with skills and strategies to manage their mental health proactively. Collaborate with a diverse network of healthcare providers and placement agencies to ensure integrated care for clients. Ensure that all client documentation, including session notes and treatment records, is completed promptly and meets regulatory compliance standards. Maintain an active caseload, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress and appointments efficiently. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client focus includes adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications Must hold a full and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and/or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in mental health counseling or a related field, showcasing a strong clinical foundation. Familiarity with community mental health resources and a commitment to client advocacy. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
