Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will play an essential part in the mental health journeys of your clients by:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and establish treatment goals tailored to individual circumstances.
• Delivering psychotherapeutic interventions that align with clients’ unique backgrounds and mental health conditions, utilizing techniques that emphasize prevention and recovery.
• Creating, reviewing, and adjusting structured treatment plans to monitor progress and ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers and community resources to coordinate care, facilitate referrals, and enhance the overall support network for clients.
• Maintaining detailed and timely documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Participating in regular staff meetings to share insights, discuss case management strategies, and contribute to an evolving organizational culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following credentials and skills:

• A fully licensed mental health professional (LPC, LMFT, or LICSW).
• A minimum of two years’ experience in providing mental health counseling or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits
