Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to establish a comprehensive understanding of their mental health status and personal circumstances. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable therapeutic goals that empower them on their healing journey. Provide evidence-based therapy sessions, facilitating both individual and group therapy as appropriate, focusing on prevention and intervention strategies. Regularly assess and review treatment progress, adjusting plans and interventions to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes using our electronic health record (EHR) system. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Mental Health Counselor with New Beginnings Behavioral Health LLC, you will work with a diverse client population, providing therapeutic support to individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Your role is crucial in fostering resilience and coping strategies, which significantly influence your clients' overall well-being and quality of life. Qualifications A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling or related fields. Strong knowledge of community mental health resources and effective therapeutic techniques.
