Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of clients. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment strategies for individuals, couples, and families. Implement various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care plans and interventions. Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, thereby contributing to effective documentation and quality assurance within the organization. Patient Population / Client Focus You will engage with a diverse range of clients facing varying mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, and substance use disorders.
