Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage clients in individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, offering a safe space for exploration and healing.

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to effectively address client challenges.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals seeking to navigate personal struggles, couples working to strengthen their relationships, and families aiming to enhance their collective well-being. This role provides the opportunity to address various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and behavioral challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current and valid LMFT licensure in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.

• Two years’ experience in providing psychotherapy services, particularly in outpatient settings, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
