Director of Sales And Business Development (Base US, PC Industry)

Strategy & Pipeline: Develop annual/3-year growth plans, product targets, and pipeline for key OEM/ODM accounts. Relationship Management: Build executive and cross-functional networks across client procurement, R&D, supply chain, and engineering. Business Expansion: Drive adoption of precision glass, metal parts, functional modules, displays, and system integration services. Commercial Leadership: Lead RFQ/RFI responses, pricing, commercial terms, and contract negotiations to maximize gross margins. Execution & NPI: Partner with internal R&D, operations, and quality teams to ensure seamless delivery from prototyping to mass production. Account Operations: Manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, product lifecycles, and risk escalations (quality, supply, yield, payments). Team Leadership: Hire, manage, and mentor regional sales and account management teams. Key Qualifications Experience: 10+ years in sales/BD within consumer electronics, PC, server, display, precision components, or EMS/ODM industries. Track Record: Proven success scaling top-tier OEM accounts from 0-to-1 and driving RFQs to Design Wins and mass production. Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of global PC/electronics procurement and supply chain structures; direct experience with major PC OEMs preferred. Business Acumen: Strong P&L focus, negotiation skills, cross-functional leadership, and stress tolerance.
