Voor een toonaangevende onderneming in de regio Hamme actief binnen de consumenten- en distributiesector zijn wij op zoek naar een Business Controller. Dankzij een sterke marktpositie, een uitgebreid distributienetwerk en voortdurende investeringen in digitalisering en data-analyse blijft deze organisatie haar activiteiten verder uitbouwen. Om de verdere groei en professionalisering van de financiële afdeling te ondersteunen, zoeken zij een analytische en businessgerichte controller die financiële en operationele data weet om te zetten in waardevolle inzichten.
Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?
- Je treedt op als financiële business partner voor verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie.
- Je vertaalt financiële en operationele data naar duidelijke inzichten en concrete aanbevelingen.
- Je analyseert omzet, marges, kostenstructuren en prestatie-indicatoren.
- Je ondersteunt management bij het identificeren van risico's, opportuniteiten en verbeterpunten.
- Je onderhoudt rapporteringen en ontwikkelt bijkomende analyses ter ondersteuning van business cases.
- Je werkt actief met Power BI en andere rapporteringstools om inzichten te genereren.
- Je ondersteunt budgetten, forecasts en de opvolging van financiële prestaties.
- Je onderzoekt afwijkingen en brengt de onderliggende drivers in kaart.
- Je draagt bij aan verdere automatisering, digitalisering en optimalisatie van controlling processen.
- Je zorgt voor heldere communicatie van financiële resultaten naar diverse stakeholders.
