Role Description: The Non-profit Business Development role is a full-time, on-site position located in San Ramon, CA. This role is responsible for develop and manage youth center as well as identifying and cultivating relationships with donors, corporate partners, and community organizations to support ROYA FOUNDATION’s programs and long-term sustainability. Day-to-day operation youth center. The position also involves coordinating outreach events, presenting the organization’s mission to potential partners, and collaborating with program and communications teams to align funding strategies with organizational priorities. The individual in this role will monitor performance metrics, provide regular reports on fundraising and partnership activities, and help refine touth development strategies to maximize impact. Job Description: The Roya Foundation is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Director of Operations for the San Ramon Youth Center. We are seeking a self-motivated and independent professional with expertise in high-tech to join our team. This position requires a commitment from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Key responsibilities for the Director of Operations include: Developing and supervising youth programming that engages and inspires our participants Conducting program evaluations to assess effectiveness and impact Building and maintaining strong relationships within the community and with donors to enhance program outreach and support Researching, developing, and applying for grants Youth Center Description: Safe Space: Youth centers create a welcoming and secure environment where young people can gather, socialize, and engage in various activities away from negative influences. Recreational Activities: They often offer a range of recreational opportunities, including sports, arts and crafts, music, and games, which help in personal development and foster creativity. Educational Programs: Youth centers may provide tutoring, workshops, and skill-building programs that help young people enhance their academic performance and life skills. Social Development: By facilitating group activities and events, youth centers promote social interaction among peers, helping young people develop relationships and communication skills. Support Services: Many youth centers offer counseling, mentoring, and support services for issues such as mental health, substance abuse, and family problems, ensuring that young people have access to necessary resources. Community Engagement: Youth centers often encourage young people to participate in community service and civic engagement, helping them become active, responsible citizens. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in non-profit business development, fundraising, or sales, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with donors and partners. Strong skills in written communication, including proposal writing, grant applications, and donor correspondence, as well as clear verbal presentation abilities. Proficiency in research and data analysis to identify prospects, understand funding trends, and support evidence-based decision-making. Experience with CRM or donor management systems and standard office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace). Ability to plan and execute outreach campaigns and events, working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Commitment to ROYA FOUNDATION’s mission, with sensitivity to diverse communities and a highly ethical approach to fundraising and partnerships.
