To learn more, visit Job Overview Pharmaron is seeking a dedicated Research Assistant to support clinical research activities in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in clinical research while making a direct impact on studies that advance global health. You'll work closely with medical professionals and research teams, ensuring protocol adherence and high-quality data collection. Responsibilities Perform clinical procedures: phlebotomy, vital signs, ECGs, BMI, specimen collection Assist with participant admissions/discharges and daily study operations Ensure real-time data entry and protocol compliance Support study setup, equipment checks, and source document management Maintain clean and organized unit space, including stocking and basic housekeeping Collaborate across research teams and provide exceptional subject care What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent 1,000+ hours of phlebotomy experience required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtain within 3 months) Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards Strong attention to detail and team-oriented mindset Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds as needed Why Pharmaron?
