Licensed Master Social Worker (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually
Work Setting: Hybrid- (1 day onsite & 4 day remote)

Job Summary

Seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide behavioral health assessments, therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination within an integrated care team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and treatment planning
• Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, crisis intervention)
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Perform risk assessments and maintain clinical documentation
• Participate in team meetings and supervision
  

Qualifications

• Active LMSW license required
• MSW from an accredited institution
• Experience with behavioral health treatment and EHR systems
• Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria
  Spanish speaking required
