Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Perpetual Motion, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for patients to create tailored therapeutic plans.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs.
• Monitoring patient progress by regularly reassessing clinical signs and symptoms, ensuring that treatment goals and plans are adapted as necessary.
• Documenting all treatment sessions thoroughly using our electronic health record system (EHR) within designated timeframes, including SOAP notes and progress summaries.
• Educating patients and their families about injury prevention, the recovery process, and overcoming potential challenges.
• Meeting minimum utilization targets and contributing to other performance metrics that align with the clinic's objectives.
• Coordinating with other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care for those receiving multiple therapy services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
